SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING:
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t receive it, it’s possible you didn’t input your correct email address. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before we ship.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. It will include your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

*Note that all shipping times are not guaranteed and there may be slight delivery delays as our shipping partners experience high volumes of orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses at the moment. And we do not ship internationally yet.
Please note that Bombonitas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

RETURNS:
We (of course!) hope you fall in love with your beads from Bombonitas. But if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on merchandise within a 14 days from the date of delivery.
All sale items, gift cards and custom items are final sale and non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in clean, unworn condition.
We do not process exchanges through the website. If you wish to exchange an item and order a different style, simply return your original order and place a new order on our site.
To request a return, first email us at mercedes@bombonitas.com. We will email you a return label to send back your item(s).
Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs and the amount of return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are dealt with as soon as possible and you will be refunded within 7 business days from the date we receive the parcel. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. You will be refunded on the same original form of payment. It can take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited back.
